Start with friction, not features.
We look for work that's operationally important, fragmented, and ready to be made simple. Features come later — clarity comes first.
Build around the domain, not the category.
Each product is shaped around a real-world problem and the people who carry it. We resist generic software categories the moment they start to flatten the work.
Ship before the announcement.
Working software earns its claims. We'd rather a quiet release that compounds than a loud one that doesn't, and we treat day-one trust as the only metric that matters at launch.
